collaborate under stress and time constraints! With baskets
brimming, we head to the kitchen to cook up your menu. Innovative;
creative and risk taking. Who leads? Who follows? Who thinks on
their feet?

Culinary Auction
Roast garlic, wrestle a
Crab, and torch Crème Brulee. How much are you willing to bid on
your daunting recipes? The price is high and the competition is
fierce. Your successful bid for your team’s recipes comes with a
two hour time constraint to prepare, cook, present and serve their
final masterpiece.
There’s a twist to the process that will throw your group into a
spin. The results are in the pudding!
This program is for groups wanting to "raise the bar".

Beauty
and the Beast Set in an exclusive location
with stunning views your group are welcomed with a glass of
champagne and Indian Candy. This “soft” culinary adventure is
all about taking in the serene and spectacular atmosphere but
having a hand in the preparing the meal. Baste rosemary
infused lamb, grill fresh asparagus, shuck oysters and torch
crème brûlée.
In the midst of cooking take time out for a brief chair
massage with our technician. The ultimate in extreme cooking
and networking with a twist.

Indulge in the magnificent scenery, taste and culture of Canada.
Wrestle a rambunctious crab, wallow in fresh raspberries, clean
fresh wild salmon, and prepare pecan maple pie.Join this fun
culinary program where groups have less than 15 minutes to clean,
scrape, prepare and stir before racing to their next station.
We’ve added some spice by having participants pitch a culinary
skit.

Food and the Quest for Appetizing Leadership
This course is designed for leaders at all levels who
are interested in learning more about their ability to manage
multiple demands while keeping their eye on the big picture.
Preparing food in a team requires multi-tasking and the ability to
both listen and provide direction.
Leadership is a process that can best be explored
through meeting the demands of a real-life challenge in
relationship to others. Participants will examine and deepen their
ability to produce tangible results under creatively demanding
conditions using the medium of food and the five senses. Our
leadership facilitator along with our chef will coach participants
through a challenge fun-filled culinary project. Come prepared to
learn new insights about your leadership style and your impact on
your team members. Learn memorable metaphors about food and
leadership.

Rock
Salt & Fauna - First Nations Experience
Set in a remote location in rain or shine take the
survivor challenge in the wilderness to create a bond of
solidarity and collaboration with your team.
Your group will build a traditional First Nations fire-pit to
prepare and cook wild salmon with the assistance of local
natives. Your team will sauté oyster mushrooms, steam clams in
the sand and grill prawns. We will honour the native heritage
by inviting the local Band Elder to bless the meal. The day
finishes with a whale watching tour. Unbelievable experience!
