Julie Burke, owner and founder of Tall Order Culinary knows the unique formula for ‘raising the bar’ in servicing her client’s expectations in the catering and team building business. For over 30 years, Julie has been ahead of the curve ball in reinventing herself and her finely tuned tools of the trade in the culinary and tourism world. Her business takes her far and wide across Canada and the US.
Julie is a BCIT graduate of Hospitality and Tourism Management and has since pursued a career as an entrepreneur and imagineer. Julie was inducted into the BC Chapter of the International Les Dames d’Escoffier in 2006 and that same year was named International Event Professional for Event Solutions (US) and awarded Best Corporate Team Builder in Canada.
Over the years other awards include 2000 Intrawest, ‘Best Special Event’ for at Whistler Mountain, 1993 for best catered event, Canadian Special Event Society and in 1994, was selected as one of Vancouver’s top
