| The Australian Olympic Committee (AOC) had the pleasure of working with Julie Burke of Tall Order in developing a catering plan for the Australian Olympic Winter Team’s proposed Subsite accommodation to be in operation during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver. The planning phase of this project spanned the best part of 12 months and throughout this process Julie demonstrated the utmost professionalism in all aspects of her work and communication. Julie’s experience, coupled with her attention to detail enabled her to bring to the catering project a foresight and thoroughness the AOC could not have done without. She was meticulous in her planning, transparent in the provision of information and production of documentation. Further, her loyalty and dedication demonstrated throughout the project was an inspiration. I would have no hesitation in recommending Julie Burke and Tall Order to any organization requiring a catering service of exceptional quality. | The night was a huge success for the team! Not only was it an absolute blast, it really allowed the team to get to know one another. The setting was casual and fluid – so that people could work within their stations but also meander around and mingle with other cooking teams. Great way to kick-off the cook-off with the first order of business being the chef hat ritual….it really got the group laughing and talking. The team building opportunity was great – not only did our small cooking teams have to work together to prepare our portion of the meal, we had to communicate across all of the teams to coordinate overall meal timing. | I wanted to send you a quick note to thank you and Kathy for helping to make our Leadership Retreat a great success. The Feast House was incredible . . . Richard was a wonderful host . . . Bobby and his niece were amazing . . . the food fantastic.
