A culinary retreat event we did in Banff, Alberta had our clients in a BBQ challenge. Their task were to produce a meal for the other team of 100 with a table of ingredients including lamb, ingredients for cornbread, chili and chocolate. This culinary teambuilding concept has been delivered in Calgary, Whistler, Phoenix and  Los Angeles. A big WOW factor for conference organizers.

Toffee Sauce

Ingredients:

1-1/3       Cups White Sugar
1/2          Cup Water
1             Cup liquid Whipped Cream
